Normal Daily Life...

Tulip loves baskets and boxes...

Roxanne visited.  She enjoyed her book.

Games aplenty!  Phase 10, Uno, Scrabble, Skull island adventure, By Golly.  Good fun!

Tulip on her platform!
She spends a lot of time there.

This morning Phillipa and a friend were playing Piranha Panic
and Tulip was eyeing the balls and pawing them...
So funny!

The annual sewing marathon Dianne participates in
for Miss Penny's dance and drama production.
This year the theme is "The King and I"
Gorgeous fabric!
Each of the bags has the pieces for the different costumes.

And the days go by with ordinary living.
Very satisfying...

Making Peace With Your Mum

Angela Simon lent me her book for my travels.
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

I realise I have done a LOT of work on my relationship with my Mother.

This was helpful to me to realise how far I have come.

I found this diagram from the book useful.
I will be using it when I need to.

Somerset with Jane

For you Nadia!

A whole Christmas shop in Stratford -
Carols, decorations and all!

A Teddy Bear shop in Stratford upon Avon for you Brenda!
The beautiful bears were very exclusive...

How's this?!

The plaza with lots and lots of activity...

A beautifully balanced jester statue.

Gorgeous hanging baskets all over.

I view of some of the Stratford upon Avon's roof-tops
from where Jane's car was parked.

We went to a Cider farm.
Pressing of apples is in September, so we were not able to see that part.

I enjoyed the peacefulness of the place.
Apple orchards.

Some nifty outdoor furniture for sale.
This is a bench that turns into this table and bench.

And this one too.
Creative!
The stool cushions have magnets on the underside so they do not slip off.

Jane liked these sentiments in the shop.

I liked this stag from driftwood in the garden.

We popped into the cider museum.
Lovely doors!

From there we went to the seaside.
Burnam-on-Sea.
I didn't take any photos!

Some Scenes At The Isle Of Wight

Mealtime with the two little boys...

A snapdragon blooming where it finds itself.

Harvest time - huge tractors trundling through the town with their trailers
full of cut whatever they cut.
The farm is right next door to where Patrick and Angela live.

St Mary's church in Carrisbrooke.
Its on the walk to Newport and back.

Memorial to those who died in World War II.

Weathered bricks - very old.

Flint stone wall.
Using what is around!

Carisbrooke castle in the distance from near where Patrick and Angela live.

Sports day at Samuel and Isaac's school.

Isaac enjoying the trees on the perimeter.

Some events.

Imagine a scooter park?!

Walking to the car...

I loved the detail of this tree in one of the gardens.

Vincent helping in the kitchen.

The view from Jan and Jean's flat.  Lovely!

Jan and Jean.

We loved seeing Rachel, Corbin and Zeek.

Teddy Bear's picnic at the school.

Sleeping boy!

Playroom at the hospital.
Indoors and outdoors.

Our train ride back to Redhill and to Hilmar and Dianne.

We had a good time on the Island.
