What a difference a little therapeutic wedge can make!
The kinesiologist I visit tests my body. Sometimes he gives me a wedge to wear in one of my shoes.
This is the latest one (and a spare) I have been using in my right shoe for the last month.
After my second visit to him Thursday last week I had my first pain free day on Friday since May this year. It's been a refining five months.
