Broccoli Chicken Casserole



Broccoli Chicken Casserole 
(Angela (Bray) Baxter's home economics recipe book

Arrange in a casserole dish:

500g broccoli boiled/steamed
500g cooked chicken cubed/shredded

Combine and pour over broccoli and chicken:

250ml mayonaise
250g tinned/sauted mushrooms
5ml curry powder
5ml lemon juice
30g melted butter

Top casserole with:

grated cheese
breadcrumbs

Bake in 190C oven until cheese melts and breadcrumbs crisp
Serve with vegetables and salad.
