"Mock Crayfish" Recipe

This was our New Year's Day lunch:



1/2 or 1 tin tuna per person - shred
1 small onion per tin of tuna - finely blend
3 small leaves lettuce per 1 tin tuna - shred
2 heaped tablespoons tangy mayonnaise per tin of tuna
2 tablespoons tomato sauce per tin of tuna
Garlic salt to taste
Mixed herbs to taste
1 drop (?) tobacco sauce per tin of tuna
salt and black pepper to taste

Mix all together, chill
Serve on a lettuce leaf as a starter
Or with salads for a main meal

(In the picture you see, shredded lettuce,
diced cucumber and tomato, and beetroot salad.
Glenn and Vi enjoyed spring onions as well with their lunch.)
